Wowza. Makes me realize how much I do NOT want to get caught up in the technology. I only intuit the shots. Don't ask me what ISO is! :->

Thor have rock. Ugg.
(Now I know the perfect gift to send back from China. A pen table.)
Saw one the other day and thought about it for a split second; then I remembered I didn't need one.
I will go back tomorrow after class and check it out.

I'm jealous! Your Canon EOS 20D is one sweet camera! I've got a Canon EOS D60, one of the older second generation DSLR cameras. I love it, but I like your fourth or fifth generation 20D better. I would love to be able to take pictures in black and white when I need to, and the very fast wake up time would be a dream to use. Mine takes a couple of seconds to wake up so I have to plan ahead more, which means I miss shots sometimes. Enjoy your new camera. Go out and play with it! BTW, what DSLR online groups have you joined? They sound useful.

I got a new camera when my wife lost my old one. I feigned distress, reasured her it was ok, could happen to anyone. Inside I was thinking "this is great i can,t believe it, what better way for me to get that new camera and have my wife on board with spending the money. I love mmy camera, and my wife too.
I really need one of those brain alarms.

Admit it, you're having a blast. More technology to learn, more accessories to buy ... what a geek. :)
