		<description>Great post, and a beautiful photograph. I think that  for art to be about life, there has to be real life in the art (and artist).
BTW, how are you enjoying the Kristin Lavransdottir books? I was entranced by them when I found them a few years ago. My only regret is that I was so addicted that I swallowed them all in a huge gulp and the pleasure was over all too soon.
